Electrical system


  • Powered by a three-phase AC power supply, with control voltage provided by an electric control transformer. DC power for the servo motor in the execution circuit is supplied through a transformer and silicon rectifier.

Rear positioning system


Equipped with a multi-step automatic backgauge system. Front, rear, up, down, left, and right adjustments can be made either automatically or manually, providing precise positioning with no repetitive positioning or cumulative errors. Uses a Schneider backgauge motor and servo amplifier.

  • Upper and lower dies can be assembled from multiple short dies or a single long die, offering high precision, good interchangeability, and ease of installation and removal.


  • The dies are fully compatible and interchangeable with those used in press brakes produced by Japan's AMADA, allowing for simultaneous clearance bending with top and bottom dies installed.
