Tooling Parameter Library:A tooling parameter library is established for customers, allowing quick retrieval of parameters for sheet metal bending operations.
Intelligent Angle Compensation:Based on the characteristics of the sheet metal, die dimensions, material thickness, bending angles, and other process parameters, the system uses a CNC angle calculation model. For any sheet metal, only one trial bend is required to automatically correct angle deviations, making it ready for formal production.
